Do you sometimes wish you could have more holidays every year? This half day retreat is a special opportunity to learn some wonderful techniques you can use in daily life to relax and enjoy that holiday feeling wherever you are!

This beautiful afternoon of peace and quiet will include
- space to feel connected
- gentle movements to ease the body
- restorative yoga poses (yoga nesting)
- deep relaxation, dropping into peace
- transformative breathing practices
- life changing heart meditation

The retreat will be suitable for every body. Please bring your mat, and nice soft blankets & cushions for your lovely yoga nesting. Please also bring a water bottle and a notebook if you would like to write some notes. Herb teas provided.

Vishwam Heckert is an experienced yoga teacher and teacher trainer with the Heart Of Living Yoga Foundation. He has a deeply relaxing presence and a voice that soothes the soul. Vishwam teaches regular classes, workshops and retreats across Derbyshire and further afield. He will also be leading a special six month heart meditation and radical self care training course in the Peak District starting in October.
