We will be gently guided to tune in to our hearts, to listen to our bodies and follow what feels just right. Perfect for a winter's evening, there will be a lovely balance of gentle flowing yoga, deep relaxation, pranayama and heart mindfulness meditation in this two hour yoga session. The workshop is suitable for all levels of experience.
