We are having a very special Christmas Party this year at Val’s beautiful holiday cottage in Carsington Village. All Heart Of Living Yoga students, friends and family welcome!

We will join together for a lovely shared veggie meal, followed by secret santa and closing with a beautiful heart meditation together.
