Om Shanthi All ♥
You are warmly invited to join this special evening of Candlelit Gentle Heart Yoga & Meditation at the beautiful Sage Yoga Studio in Belper. We will be gently guided to tune in to our hearts, to listen to our bodies and follow what feels just right. Perfect for a winter's evening, there will be a lovely balance of gentle flowing yoga, deep relaxation, pranayama and heart mindfulness meditation in this two hour yoga session. The workshop is suitable for all levels of experience.
Afterwards, you are welcome to stay for just a cuppa or to bring something veggie for shared meal together.
The workshop will be led by Vishwam, a Heart Of Living Yoga Teacher and Teacher Trainer based in Matlock. Vishwam has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and has a great love and respect for the physical, mental and spiritual practices which make traditional yoga so deeply healing and profoundly life changing. He will be leading a 6 month course this year in Beeley Village Hall in Heart Meditation Facilitation with a strong emphasis on radical self care and deepening our personal practice.
The investment for the event is £15, 25% of which goes directly to support the work of the Heart Of Living Yoga Foundation which is supporting some of the poorest communities in Sri Lanka, India, Brazil and the UK. To find out more about the charity, the Heart Meditation Training and Vishwam, you can visit http://heartoflivingyoga.com
