The ancient science of Yoga offers us powerful techniques for retraining our minds to enjoy life's challenges. One of the most simple, yet life changing, of these is Heart Meditation. Rather than trying to quiet the mind, which is nearly impossible, we invite it to simply rest in the Peace of the Heart. This practice is the foundation of Heart Of Living Yoga.
On this special day retreat in the beautiful Elephant Rooms, we will be exploring this practice through our hatha, our deep relaxation and our discussions of ways to enjoy the challenges that life offers us for the benefit of our personal and collective growth.

Vishwam is a full time Yoga Teacher & Trainer at the Heart Of Living Yoga Foundation and also a mindfulness & bodywork therapist specialising in stress relief. The foundation is an international charity and teacher training school offering life changing techniques for living in the heart. Vishwam has been practising yoga for 20 years and loves sharing the natural joy that comes with devoted practice. 25% of the proceeds from this day retreat go directly to support the charity work of the Heart Of Living Yoga Foundation.
