FreeZone is a beautiful festival celebrating the joy of life from Thursday 28th to Sunday 31st June 2026 and they have once again given us our own beautifully dedicated Heart Temple where we will be offering a full programme every day of morning & evening heart meditations, flowing heart-centred yoga classes, fascinating workshops, yoga nidras, beautiful devotional kirtans, healing circles, sacred ceremony and a peaceful space to drop into and rest.
