Together we will share simple movement, breathing and other skills for helping to regulate our nervous systems in challenging times. The more we practice, the more we bounce back.
Please wear comfortable clothes and maybe bring a notebook and pen to help yourself remember the practices.
Vishwam is a heart yoga teacher and trainer who also works with ASN children in schools. He has worked 1:1 with many people who experience distress in life.
