Blossoming Into The Heart invites women to open, soften, and learn to trust the wisdom of their hearts through the transformative power of Heart Meditation, Yoga, Devotional Singing, Cacao Ceremony, Conscious Dance, Sharing Circles, Ayurvedic Meals and Nature Connection.
Guided by the mantra “I am blooming in my own time,” you’ll be invited to explore how to release old patterns, welcome new growth, and reconnect with your authentic self.
This retreat provides a safe and supportive space to celebrate your heart and explore how to bring its beauty into everyday life.
Returning to the Temple Within
We’ll also journey with the intention of Returning to the Temple Within — reconnecting with the inner sanctuary of the feminine body and intuition. As part of this, you’ll be gently introduced to simple, grounding principles of Ayurveda as a pathway to self-care, offering insight into your unique nature and how to cultivate balance from within.
Practices & Daily Rhythm
Across the long weekend, you’ll be invited to join daily Restorative Yoga, Heart Meditation, Kirtan, and sharing circles. There will also be spacious time for journaling, spa visits, or simply resting and attuning to the natural surroundings. A Sacred Sound Bath offers a special opportunity to journey deeper through meditative sound healing.
Through sacred rest, nourishing practices, embodied presence, and heartfelt sharing, you’ll have space to feel replenished, attune to your own rhythm, and deepen your inner connection. This blend of movement, stillness, sound, and community is offered to create a deeply nurturing environment for personal growth, reflection, and gentle transformation.

Blossoming Into The Heart retreat was born from Elise’s passion for creating nurturing, transformative spaces where women feel safe, seen, and supported as they come home to themselves. She is continually inspired by guiding women back to the wisdom of the heart — a place from which their true voice, clarity, and dreams can naturally arise. She loves witnessing women remember their true power and begin shaping their lives in a more heart-led, soul-aligned way.
Alongside her work as a singer-songwriter and international devotional music artist, Elise brings nearly two decades of experience as a Yoga and Pilates teacher. She is also a trained Life Coach and Heart Meditation facilitator, and has been holding women’s circles for over ten years.

Shubhra is a qualified Ayurvedic Clinician, Reiki Master, and Heart Meditation facilitator who will be guiding our nourishing meals and offering a gentle introduction to Ayurveda as a pathway to well-being.
HELEN PHILLIPS
Helen offers deeply restorative sound journeys using gongs, handpans, crystal and Tibetan bowls, chimes, and native flute — creating immersive, meditative experiences designed to soothe the nervous system and invite profound relaxation.

A qualified Systemic Psychotherapist, Family & Couples Therapist (AFT & UKCP accredited), Kiana offers optional private 1-1 talking therapy sessions during the retreat. These provide a supportive, confidential space for women who wish to explore personal guidance and reflection.
LUXURY SPA FACILITIES
During the retreat, you’ll have access to luxury spa facilities designed to nurture deep relaxation and renewal. Enjoy the indoor pool, steam room, and outdoor hot tub, or treat yourself to one of the available therapeutic treatments for an extra touch of care.
MASSAGES & Reiki healing
Honouring the sacred masculine, Charlie will be gently supporting the space from the wings and offering optional therapeutic treatments for anyone who feels called to receive bodywork. His treatments include Swedish Massage, Aromatherapy, Indian Head Massage, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Reiki, and Sound Healing. He will also join us for the Saturday night kirtan celebration, uplifting the music with his joyful percussion.
Shubhra will additionally be offering Reiki sessions throughout the retreat for those drawn to receive energy healing.
