Since 2018, Rest Revive Sing has been a much-loved annual retreat — a heartfelt gathering that brings together a vibrant community of like-minded souls for a weekend of deep rest, renewal, and connection. Set against the golden beauty of the autumn season, this rejuvenating retreat offers a rich blend of Restorative Yoga, Qi Gong, Kirtan & chanting (devotional group singing), Heart Meditation, sound healing, and restorative time in nature. It’s a space to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with what truly matters, awakening authenticity, clarity, and joy through the wisdom of the heart.
Yoga & Wellness Activities
Each day will include Restorative Yoga and Qi Gong, Kirtan (group devotional singing), Heart Meditation, sharing circles, Yoga Nidra, and time to rest, reflect, and connect with the surrounding natural beauty.
Through this rhythm of rest, revival, and song, you’ll be invited to replenish your energy, awaken your spirit, and let your voice flow freely in the gentle magic of autumn.
A Sacred Sound Bath will be offered during the retreat as a special highlight — a unique opportunity to journey deeper through sound and vibration.
