The Heart of Self-Nurture
An end of the month tonic to retreat, rest and recharge

You are warmly invited to join Haripriya in the beautiful Garden Studio for a morning of rest, relaxation and chat.  Together we will explore simple techniques to bring our bodies, minds and emotions into harmony.  Restore our energy through simple yoga poses (all done lying gently on the mat, no prior experience required).  Experiment using journaling as a tool to calm a busy mind.  With each of us discovering our own unique ‘Recipe for Self-Nurture’.  In addition, we will gather together with others, to chat over tea and cake
