Join Heart of Healing tutors ~ Harshani, Padma, Hanuman & Prem Devi at one of these special taster days for the next Heart of Healing ~ Inner Self Course, which starts 15th October 2022 until 16th September 2023.
The Heart of Healing ~ Inner Self is a 1 year course (1 Saturday a month & an intensive residential retreat weekend) exploring Inner Self healing through our Heart Meditation Practices, Mudras, Heart Intentions and so much more! The 108 hour course will help you to develop daily self healing practices & intentions that are in harmony with our subtle energy body, chakras, auric fields & planes of existence ~ taking a deeply nurturing self healing year for yourself.
The year will then lead you onto Heart of Healing ~ Universal Sharing where these healing practices can be shared with others for the highest good of all. The taster days will give you a flavour of how Heart of Healing flows healing into our Yoga practices & lives
* Heart of Healing Taster Day places need to be pre-booked please, & are only open to those who have previously completed or are currently on their Part 1 Foundation Heart Meditation Facilitator course or Heart of Living Yoga Teachers.
