4 Week Heart Mindfulness Meditation Course

Sundays in September 2019 1st, 8th, 22nd, 29th (please note there will be one week off)

Investment - £40 for the course
or £35 if you book and payment is received by 22nd July 2019.

This is a 4 week course so there are no drop-ins nor individual session's available. Advance payment and bookings only for all 4 sessions.

No refunds unless the course is cancelled so please be sure you can do these dates before booking. I will be offering another 4 week course so please contact me if you are interested but cannot do these dates.

What is included in the course- The course is aimed at total Beginners although all adults and older teens (accompanied by an adult) are welcome. The course aims to provide the students with an experiential learning opportunity in to various meditation approaches offered in Yoga which they can use to develop their own practice. This will include Pranayama (breath work), Gentle Warm up, Chanting, Sitting Meditation and Yoga Nidra (laying down in deep relaxation).

GDPR/ confidentiality disclaimer - I will not share your information with anyone unless you give permission. I will only share without permission if required in cases where there is a safeguarding or criminal concern, which I will only do so with appropriate authorities.

What to bring-
For comfort whilst sitting on the floor/ in Yoga Nidra-

A pillow (one off your sofa is fine, you do not need to invest in fancy meditation cushions unless you really want to),

A Yoga Mat/ Rug (for sitting/ laying down on the floor, as it can get cold in the evening),

A throw/blanket or two ( to cover you in laying down or to keep you warm in sitting meditation),

Eye pillow (if you have it or you can use a scarf, if needed when in yoga nidra),

A bolster or extra Yoga Mat or blanket to roll under your knees when lying down if needed,

And anything else you need for your own comfort.

Chairs will be available for those who need them.

What to Wear-
Wear comfy clothing and layers as you may get cold and warm at various points in the session.
