This will be a gentle day of exploration into our bodies.
We will look into how our body tends to move habitually and noticing any areas of tension we may hold. We then look to invite different ways of movement into the body, (gentle Somatic yoga flows) to find release of that tension, which brings more ease and freedom into those areas.
The day will have plenty of time for nurturing practices and include a deep relaxation and guided meditation, leaving you feeling relaxed and ready to meet the world again.
