April Good News from Sri Lanka

We have some very good news! During the past week our wonderful team in Sri Lanka were struggling to get hold of enough food supplies for all our families and elders and children in need. During the virus lockdown they have gradually been building up supplies and storing them in our local team leader's home .……………….

Today the lock down was lifted between 6am and 2pm and they have managed an amazing achievement in that time. Receiving large quantities of supplies………….

……………and are in the process today to deliver one month's food supply for 80 families in our village near Kilinochchi. Today they are also supplying cooked food for about 150 people in a remote village.

Huge THANKS to all of you for making this possible ... and deep gratitude to all our team members in Sri Lanka for somehow making this miracle happen. Now those people we are supporting will not have the additional worry of hunger and starvation during the virus lock down. Simply wonderful news!
