Peace and deep joy flowing to you from our new small ashrama here in Rishikesh 💖 Her name is Hridaya Bij Ashrama - in English we will just call her the Heart Home 😊🙏
... so this place is for you 💝 whenever you want some time & space to go deep into your sadhana & hatha & meditation practice, you can come here and stay just a minute's walk from the beautiful Ganga river and with Ganga views, within walking distance to all the major ashrams, including Sivananda ... at a very low cost of £150 per month.
There is just room for 4 people to stay and you share cooking etc. like a family. If you feel called to come and immerse yourself in peace here, please contact Narayani, who is in charge of bookings.
